What do I offer:

I offer Face to face, telephone or on-line counselling to adults. I will work with you to agree what you feel comfortable with in terms of number of sessions.  However, my work is mostly open ended. I work with individuals.

My approach:

I am an integrative person-centred counsellor.  This means I work with the infinite belief in you as an individual for self-understanding and growth.  I will be by your side, so you feel supported at every stage as, together, we explore your thoughts and feelings. Counselling is sought for many different reasons and quite often when life feels difficult.  My aim is to provide you with a confidential space for us to unpack what is going on for you to help you better understand yourself.

Supporting you with depression, anxiety, low mood, separation and divorce, menopause, relationship issues, stress, loneliness, post-natal depression, low self-esteem/low confidence and family issues.

My experience:

I have worked as a counsellor at a local secondary school and at Rape Crisis.   I worked as a volunteer support worker for Family Action and have work experience in social care settings in a support role.
