From January 2025, we are hoping to run a Level 2 CPCAB Certificate in Counselling Skills course at Oxford Counselling Centre. This is the first step on the route to becoming a registered counsellor, but also provides useful skills for anyone in a public-facing or caring role. This includes such professions as social workers, teachers, health and care workers and managers, as well as those looking to become a counsellor.
CPCAB is the only awarding body run by counsellors and are the the leading counselling organisation regulated by Ofqual.
Our tutors are experienced and registered counsellors who have been with Oxford Counselling Centre for several years.
